Freight Operating System

Run the whole load.One system.

Dispatch, intake, carriers, invoicing, settlements, fuel and IFTA — the entire life of a load in one place, instead of a TMS, three spreadsheets, and a shared inbox nobody owns.

Built inside a working 25-truck carrier operation — not a demo dataset. Broker, carrier, or both.

Why this exists

Your operation isn't messy.
Your software is.

Most carriers and brokers are running a load board in one tab, a TMS that stops at dispatch, QuickBooks for the money, a fuel card portal, an IFTA spreadsheet, and a shipper inbox that only one person really understands. Nothing talks. Every handoff is a copy-paste, and every copy-paste is where the margin quietly leaks out.

01 — Move

The board

Where the load actually lives: booked, covered, rolling, delivered — and who is sitting on it right now.

01
Dispatch

One board for brokered freight and your own trucks, with the status history behind every move.

02
Loads

The full lifecycle — quote, book, cover, track, POD, bill — on one record instead of five.

03
Fleet

Power units, trailers, and maintenance intervals so a truck never falls off the schedule.

04
Drivers

Roster, pay plans, documents, and the assignments each driver is actually running.

02 — Book

Freight in the door

Shippers you keep, carriers you trust, and an intake that reads the email so a person doesn't have to.

05
Email AI

Shipper emails parsed into structured loads with a confidence score and a human gate.

06
Shippers

A real CRM for the customers who give you freight — history, lanes, contacts, terms.

07
Carriers

Carrier book with FMCSA vetting and fraud flags, so you know who you just handed a load to.

08
Outreach

The growth pipeline — prospects, sequences and replies, tracked against lanes you want.

03 — Get paid

The money side

Paperwork that generates itself from the load, and aging you can look at without a export.

09
Rate Cons

Rate confirmations built from the load record and sent without leaving the screen.

10
Invoices & AR

Invoicing with real aging buckets, so slow-pay shows up before it becomes a problem.

11
Settlements

Weekly driver settlements off the pay plan — miles, percentage, deductions, escrow.

12
Commissions

Sales and dispatch commissions calculated on the load, not reconstructed at month end.

04 — Stay legal

Compliance

The filings that quietly cost you money when they're late or wrong.

13
Fuel Log

Every purchase captured by truck and jurisdiction as it happens.

14
IFTA

Quarterly IFTA assembled from the fuel log and the miles you already ran.

05 — Know

The truth

What each side of the business actually made, without a bookkeeper in the middle.

15
Analytics

Combo P&L — brokered margin against your own trucks, side by side, per lane.

16
Sales Profiles

Who is producing, on which shippers, at what margin — and what they're owed.

Email to load

The part nobody else does

Freight still arrives as an email. Liftori reads it — origin, destination, dates, equipment, weight, rate — and drafts the load for you. Every draft carries a confidence score, and anything under your threshold waits for a human. Nothing books itself behind your back.

Combo bridge

Your trucks get
the first shot

If you broker and you run your own equipment, the money question is always the same: should this load go on my truck or out to a carrier? Liftori asks it automatically, on every load, before anything leaves the building.

Step 01

Load lands

Booked by a broker, pulled off a board, or parsed out of a shipper email — it enters as one record with the lane, the equipment and the rate attached.

Status Available
Step 02

Offered to your fleet

Dispatch sees it against your own trucks first — who is empty, who is close, what it pays against the miles they'd run anyway. Take it, or push it out.

Asset margin calculated live
Step 03

Or out to a carrier

Passed on, it goes to the carrier book — vetted, insurance current, fraud flags clear — and the brokered margin books to the other side of the P&L.

who run trucks

This wasn't designed in a vacuum and sold into trucking. It was built inside a real 25-truck dry van operation, on real loads, with dispatchers telling us every week what was slowing them down.

01Dispatchers first. The board is the home screen, not a report buried three menus deep.
02No per-driver tax. Driver logins are free forever. You pay for office seats and trucks — nothing else.
03Broker and carrier in one. Not two products bolted together with an integration you maintain.
04Your data leaves with you. Full export, any time, no ransom on your own load history.

Freight moves here without a broker's cut

Shippers post freight. Carriers we've vetted for authority, insurance, and safety bid on it. The shipper books who they want, the two of them contract direct, and the platform runs the broker work — automated check-ins every four hours, live timelines, rate cons, BOL and POD collection. The platform fee is a small flat percentage. A brokerage takes 15 to 25.

Post a load in two minutes

Set your rate, watch vetted carriers bid, book the one you want. Then watch the timeline instead of your phone — every check-in, milestone, and POD lands in your portal.

Office seats and power units. That's the whole model. Drivers never cost you a seat, the first three trucks are on us, and there's no contract to sign to find out whether it works.

Coming soon · Liftori Freight Owner-Op

One truck. Same system,
cut down to fit.

Everything above assumes you've got a board to run. If it's your name on the truck, you need something smaller and sharper — loads, settlements you can actually read, fuel and IFTA that files itself, and a number at the end of the week that tells you whether the run was worth it. That's Owner-Op, and it's being built now.

Straight answers

Before you ask

Do I have to rip out my current TMS on day one?
No. Most fleets start on one side — usually dispatch and loads — and run the old system alongside for a cycle until the board feels right. We'll migrate your load history, shippers, carriers and equipment for a flat $500, and you cut over when you're ready, not when a contract says so.
Do my drivers need paid logins?
Never. Driver logins are free on every plan. You pay for office seats — the people running the board — and for power units past the first three. A 20-truck fleet with three dispatchers pays for three seats, not twenty-three.
Am I locked into a contract?
Month to month. Cancel whenever. Pay annually and you get 10% off — that's the only commitment we ask for, and it's optional. Your data exports in full any time you want it.
Does the AI book loads without me?
No, and that's deliberate. It reads inbound email and drafts the load with a confidence score. You set the gate. Anything below it sits and waits for a human. Anything above it is still one click from you, not automatic — the point is to remove the typing, not the judgment.
I broker and I run my own trucks. Is that two subscriptions?
One. Liftori was built combo-first — the same load can be covered by your fleet or handed to a carrier, and both outcomes land in the same P&L so you can finally see which side actually made money on a lane.
What about ELD, load boards and factoring?
Available as add-ons so you're not paying for connections you don't use — load boards $99/mo, ELD and telematics $49/mo, factoring submission $19/mo, QuickBooks sync $25/mo. Turn them on and off by the month.
How long does it take to get running?
Dispatch can be live the same week — it's a seat, a login and your equipment list. Operator and Command include a guided onboarding where we load your shippers, carriers, drivers and open loads for you, which typically runs one to two weeks depending on what shape your current data is in.
