Every hood in your area.
One roster, whoever cleans it.
Restaurants whose hood cleaner runs on Liftori Hoods carry a QR sticker on every hood, and each cleaning produces an NFPA 96 certificate with grease readings, photos and the technician’s attestation. There are two ways to use that record, and both are free for fire departments.
Scan the sticker
Point a phone camera at the QR on the hood. The certificate for that location opens: last cleaned, next due, grease readings, frequency, technician. No account, no app, nothing to sign up for.
Your department’s roster
One list of every restaurant in your jurisdiction that has chosen to share its record, across every contractor on Liftori Hoods: who is current, who is coming due, who is overdue and whether a cleaning is already booked. Download it as a spreadsheet whenever you need it.
A roster is not public.
We check who is asking.
You ask
Fill in the form below with your name, your department and your work email.
We verify
We confirm you with your department: the email domain, and a call to its published number. Usually within one business day.
You sign in
No password. Each time, you ask for a sign-in link and it arrives in your work inbox. It works once.
Your area only
You see the jurisdiction you were approved for. Leaving the department? Tell us and access ends the same day.
Which restaurants will I see?
Only those whose owner has chosen to share their record with their fire department, from their contractor’s customer portal. An owner can stop sharing at any time, and the location then drops off your roster. Nothing is listed without that consent.
Does the contractor know what I look at?
No. What you view, search or download is not reported to any contractor or restaurant.
Does overdue mean a violation?
It means the cleaning interval in the contractor’s record has passed, or the latest certificate has expired, and the roster shows whether a cleaning is already booked. Whether that is a violation is a matter for your code and your judgment.
What does it cost?
Nothing, for any fire department, code office or inspector, and no agreement to sign.
